Strong Resilient Life
The Philippines is one of the most disaster-prone nations on the planet. Its islands are often damaged by floods, typhoons, landslides, earthquakes, volcanoes, and droughts due to their location at the boundary of major tectonic plates and at the heart of a typhoon belt. In terms of population exposure and vulnerability to risks, the Philippines is among the top three nations in the world. Over the course of their long history of catastrophes, the Philippine government has built powerful coping mechanisms.
Despite this, major gaps in disaster management capacity still exist across the Philippines, and shockingly little data on local disaster resilience and preparedness is accessible. Aside from the disaster, we now have a new problem called Covid 19 to deal with. Coronaviruses, often known as covid 19, are a wide group of viruses that can cause illnesses ranging from the common cold to more serious illnesses. A novel coronavirus (nCoV) is a new strain of coronavirus that has never been seen in humans before.
When it comes to pandemic resilience in the Philippines, we know that quarantine has been imposed, but we can find a method to solve this sooner or later. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a slew of issues throughout the world. Almost all nations had to shut down their businesses to prevent the virus from spreading, and the Philippines is one of the countries that has taken extra precautions by implementing the Enhanced Community Quarantine on March 15, 2020. We were much too delayed in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic to have a meaningful impact on reducing the disease's impact on us. In comparison to other countries, they replied fast yet wisely, unlike the Philippines.
We must enhance our gestures and discipline to make the Philippines a better country and more resilient to catastrophes, sickness, and other crises. What is the significance of the gesture? You may help your child's general communication development by promoting gestures. Discipline is necessary for our protection in order to avoid being infected by the virus. By providing a detailed analysis of household measures of resilience and levels of disaster preparedness, this study aims to address a knowledge vacuum on local disaster resilience and readiness. Discipline is necessary for our protection in order to avoid being infected by the virus.
